PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains a combination of both in-stock, and made-to-order items, the MTO processing time will apply to all items in your order. If you would like your in-stock items to be shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. If you placed a singular order but would like in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Additional shipment fees may be charged.

PROCESSING TIME: The majority of our products are in-stock unless otherwise specified in the product description. The current processing time for in-stock items is 4-7 business days prior to shipment. While packages are usually shipped within or before this timeframe, please expect up to 10 business days for processing during peak order volumes including but not limited to; holidays & product launches. If you haven't received shipment notification after 10 business days, please contact us!
MADE-TO-ORDER (MTO) PROCESSING TIME: Certain products are sold Made-To-Order (MTO) This will always be specified in the product description. The current processing time for MTO items is 10-12 business days prior to shipment. While packages are usually shipped within or before this timeframe, please allow up to 14 business days processing during peak order volumes like holidays, or product launches. If you have not received shipment notification after 14 business days, please contact us!
| ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND HANDED OVER TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE WILL DEPEND SOLEY ON SAID CARRIER, AND THE SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOSE AT CHECKOUT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPMENT ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR POSESSSION. |
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders may be subject to customs/import fees. Information on specific countries, and amounts of fees are not provided to us. We recommend using a customs calculator to estimate the fees for your country. Any customs/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RE-SHIPMENT: If a package is returned to sender or needs to be re-shipped for any reason other than missing or damaged items, the customer will be responsible for any and all reshipment fees.
