Q: Do you ship internationally, and are there customs charges?

A: Currently we offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping internationally can be a bit tricky with tax laws, but I hope to include more countries in the future! - Don't see your country on the list? Let me know and I'll look into adding it!

International orders may be subject to customs/import fees. Information on specific countries and the amounts of said fees are not provided to us. We recommend using a customs calculator to estimate the fees for your country before placing your order. All customs/import fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Q: What type of earring posts do you use, and how are they secured?

A: We use a variety of different high quality, tarnish resistant, and/or hypoallergenic earring posts, hooks, and hoops depending on the design. All stud earrings (and certain styles of dangle earrings) have classic stud posts secured to the back with superglue and a thin layer of UV Resin for strength. The specific materials used for each item will be listed in the product description. 

 

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A: Due to sanitary reasons, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. As stated in our refund policy we also do not offer refunds due to tarnishing or reactions to metals/other materials. To avoid any issues with either of these we recommend that you carefully read the product descriptions before purchasing, along with following the recommended care instructions provided to you with your order upon delivery!
