DUE TO SANITARY REASONS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged or break within two weeks (14 days) of delivery please contact us so we can send you a replacement free of charge. If the item is no longer available, we will refund you the price of said item. After this 14-day period, you may still contact us but refunds/replacements will be discussed, and decided on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
ALLERGIES: We work hard to source only high-quality, hypoallergenic jewelry components; however, this does not guarantee allergic reactions will not occur for people with sensitivities to certain metals. All earrings with stud posts (ones not attached by jump rings) are secured with a thin layer of UV Resin. While fully cured resin is safe to the touch some people may have sensitivities to the material. We do not offer returns or refunds due to allergic reactions to materials. The type of metals and materials used are listed on most products. Please contact us if you have any other questions in regard to the type of materials used with a specific item.
TARNISHING: We work hard to source only high-quality, tarnish resistant jewelry components; however, this does not guarantee tarnishing will not occur after some time. Brass components are specifically prone to this. We do not offer returns or refunds due to tarnishing metals. We provide detailed care instruction cards with each purchase to help you keep your items in the best condition, for as long as possible! Please contact us If you have any other questions.
