Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry, we do not accept returns/exchanges. If your items arrive damaged, or break within 14 days of purchase we will replace them if available or we will provide a refund. (view full refund & return policy)

1 - store your items in a safe place, and keep away
from sharp objects and avoid bending, crushing,
or dropping as it may lead to scratches/breakage.
avoid storage in extreme temperatures.
2 - do not submerge or scrub your jewelry to
avoid scratching or tarnishing. remove your
jewelry prior to showering/swimming. avoid
direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or oils.
3 - if your item gets dirty you can gently clean with
a damp cloth, or baby wipe. raw brass
elements may tarnish over time. while this is
normal you may choose to use a brass cleaner -
please apply carefully with a q-tip.
