due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns/exchanges. if your items arrive damaged, or break within two weeks (14 days) of purchase we will replace them (if they are available) or we will refund you the price of the item. (view full refund & return policy)

1 - store your items in a safe place, and keep away
from sharp objects and avoid bending, crushing,
or dropping as it may lead to scratches/breakage.
avoid storage in extreme temperatures.

2 - do not submerge or scrub your jewelry to
avoid scratching or tarnishing. remove your
jewelry prior to showering/swimming. avoid
direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or oils.

3 - if your item gets dirty you can gently clean with
a damp cloth, or baby wipe. raw brass
elements may tarnish over time. while this is
normal you may choose to use a brass cleaner -
please apply carefully with a q-tip.
